Fueled by the Tetons

Small-batch specialty coffee, roasted to order at the foot of the Tetons — built for dawn patrols, river days, and desk days spent missing the mountains.

Small batch. High altitude. Hard to leave.

We're a specialty coffee company with one job: fueling adventure. In July alone, that meant 28,672 cups poured from our cafe just off the Town Square. And when the trip ends, the coffee keeps working — one sip brings you back to the hike, the river, the morning light, just long enough to fuel the other kind of adventure: the one behind a desk.

The Altitude Advantage

Roasted at 6,237 feet.

Green coffee crosses oceans to reach us, then meets something most roasters never deal with. Thin air changes the physics of a roast, and we built our craft around it.

6,237 ftThin air feeds the burners about a fifth less power, so every batch roasts low and slow, and that gentleness shows in the cup.
201°FWater boils at 201 here, not 212, so the moisture in each bean steams off gently and the roast develops more evenly.
4,000–7,000 ftCoffee grows between these heights, and ours gets roasted at the altitude it grew.
