Our Town Square cafe runs on people who love the science of brewing and the art of taking care of customers. Every cafe role is fast paced, fun, and caffeinated.

Barista The espresso bar, brew science, and the morning rush Town Square Cafe

A friendly, enthusiastic, and organized barista who is passionate about the science of brewing coffee and the art of customer relations, ready for a fast-paced and fun environment.

Make the drinks Welcome customers, learn their coffee needs, and prepare a full range of espresso drinks alongside pastries and grab-and-go food.
Talk coffee Promote coffee by educating customers and selling beans, accessories, and supplies.
Own the space Keep inventories stocked, equipment running, and the space safe, clean, and up to standard.
Keep learning Stay sharp through reading, webinars, and coffee conferences.
What helps Client relationships, action-oriented work, strong verbal communication, and listening. Prior cafe or coffee shop experience is a plus, as is point-of-sale familiarity.
Support The register, the floor, and keeping the room humming Town Square Cafe

A support teammate who is passionate about coffee and customer relations, providing quick, efficient service with focus and positivity.

Set the tone Create a positive, friendly, and courteous experience at the register and on the floor.
Run the register Run the point of sale, balance the drawer, and keep checkout operations smooth.
Back the bar Collaborate with baristas so drinks and orders go out right, and deliver them to guests.
Keep it stocked Clean tables, restock pastries and to-go drinks, and pitch in wherever the team needs.
What helps Client relationships, action-oriented work, strong verbal communication, and listening. Prior cafe or coffee shop experience is a plus, as is point-of-sale familiarity.
Lead Open to close, training the team, and raising the bar Town Square Cafe

A lead who knows opening to closing cold and raises the bar for everyone around them.

Open and close Run the cafe from open to close, and train teammates to keep quality consistent across everything we serve.
Make it better Study, evaluate, and improve how the cafe runs, from processes to how the store looks.
Stay on the bar Everything a barista does, from welcoming customers to keeping equipment and inventories in shape.
