We keep this short. We've published the everyday-language version below; the in-app screen at Account → Privacy Policy is the same document.

What we collect

Your name, phone number, order history, payment receipts (no card numbers — those stay with Apple Pay or Square). If you apply for the Locals discount, your address and ZIP code, kept only for verification.

What we don't do

We don't sell your data. We don't share it with marketing networks. We don't track you across other apps or websites.

Who sees your information

SRRCo staff (only what they need to fulfill your orders or resolve issues), Square (for processing payments + catalog), Twilio (to send you OTP codes and order updates), and our backend hosting provider. Each is bound by their own privacy contracts.

Notifications

Order-related pushes (ready, scheduled reminders) are always on. Promotional pushes are off by default and respect quiet hours 9pm–7am. You can change all of this in Account → Notifications.

Deleting your account

Account → Delete my account removes your profile and order history. Receipts retained for accounting are anonymized. Square retains its own records per their terms.
