Terms of Service

The everyday-language version. The in-app screen at Account → Terms of Service is the same document.

Using the app

Order food and drinks from SRRCo. Use it for yourself and people in your group. Don't use it to harass staff, abuse refunds, or scrape our menu.

Pricing and discounts

Prices in the app match the cafe. The Locals discount applies automatically if you're approved. Group discounts apply at the listed thresholds. Discounts can't be combined unless we say so explicitly.

Refunds and remakes

Mistakes happen — we'll refund or remake if your order isn't right. Tap Report an issue on the order. We may decline excessive or fraudulent requests.

Scheduled orders

Show up within 30 minutes of pickup time. We may pause your schedule for repeated no-shows. Drinks are made fresh on schedule, so abandoned orders are a real cost.

Gift cards and credits

Gifts expire after 6 months. Unredeemed gifts auto-refund the sender. Gifts aren't cash and can't be redeemed for cash unless required by law.

Liability

We're a coffee shop and a small app. We don't guarantee uninterrupted service. To the extent allowed by law, our liability is limited to the amount of your most recent order.

Changes

We may update these terms. We'll notify you in-app of material changes. Continued use means you accept them.
