Have You Met The Phoenix and The Dragon?

You can usually spot the team of Snake River Roasting Co. seated at restaurants around town for after-work meetings. We love to enjoy the local Jackson Hole food scene as well as check-in with our customers. Lately, we have a new obsession, and we felt compelled to share it with all of you, The Phoenix and The Dragon!
This Asian inspired restaurant serves bold, flavorful cuisine with gluten-free and dairy-free options. You can usually find us there about three times per week for both lunch and dinner ogling their menu and talking business over a plate of Xi'an street fries with Sichuan pepper, chilis, cumin, and sambal chili dip or fresh summer rolls with hearts of palm, lots of vegetables and lilikoi nuoc cham. The team favorite main dish is probably Pancit Bihon Pinoy style stir-fried rice vermicelli noodles with vegetables, tamari, scallion, garlic, and lemon. Are you in love with them yet? We certainly are!

We are also incredibly proud to be featured on their menu! When you head over to the drink menu, you will see Snake River Roasting Co. brewed coffee, Vietnamese style iced coffee as well as cold brew coffee!

This excellent addition to the Jackson Hole food scene probably sounds familiar to you as they previously had a space at Jackson Hole Grocer. Owners Eric and Zarina Sakai have created a fresh and welcoming space located at 145 N. Glenwood Street in Jackson with design touches from their life in Hawaii.
