Snake River Roasting Co. delivers a distinct assortment of coffees roasted in the classic Northern Italian style. Our coffees are lighter, delicate, complex, and composed. The highest quality Arabica green beans available are roasted to a precise point to draw forth the maximum naturally available character of each bean. This precise process delivers to your taste buds the full palate potential and individual nuances of the beans.

A semi-sweet dark coffee with big body and a bit of nuttiness. It is roasted a bit darker to capitalize on the dark fruit and chocolate subtleties. This is a great all round coffee from one of the worlds great coffee regions.

Medium Roast

COSTA RICA LA AMISTAD
La Amistad Reserve is one of the most extraordinary forests in Costa Rica. Most of the land is preserved for conservation and ecotourism with small pockets of coffee plantations interspersed. It is home to jaguars, monkeys, and over 400 species of birds. The coffee cultivated here has a nice mild body with the bright, clean cup we love in the morning.

ETHIOPIA ORGANIC
As with most Ethiopia's the predominant citrus fruit note is familiar. There are also subtle chocolate tones that produce a full-bodied, rich cup of coffee. Enjoy the crisp aroma and drink it for it’s all around tastiness.

GUATEMALA IXIL ORGANIC
Grown above 4,600 ft. this is a community effort that has yielded some of the finest coffee anywhere. Hand picked from only the best trees, this coffee produces a smoky and complex taste with balanced acidity and hints of citrus.

Medium Roast

PERU APARM FAIRLY TRADED ORGANIC
Located in the Amazon region of Northeast Peru APARM is a coffee cooperative of around 300 family farms planted with Typica and Bourbon species. The coffee is both floral and fruity with light acidity. Not a huge coffee - more delicate in its presentation, finishing slightly dry.

Dark Roast

SUMATRA FAIRLY TRADED ORGANIC
From Indonesia this coffee is deep, dark and earthy similar to the soil that sprout these rich beans. Exhibiting hints of fruit, citrus and chocolate that develop a full-bodied flavor with medium acidity. For the best experience, we’ve roasted this one a little to the dark side.

Medium-Dark Roast

PAPUA NEW GUINEA
From this remote equatorial land comes a coffee that is unique as it’s origin. Papua New Guinea rootstock originates from Jamaica Blue so it is perfectly suited to this climate. Taken slightly into the dark roasting spectrum this crisp cup is medium bodied with fruit and floral notes finishing with a slightly sweet-earth note.
